Gary Evans, CPA is an associate and shareholder with MDA Professional Group, P.C. and has been with the firm since 2012. His areas of specialization include audits of financial institutions and local governments, entertainment and artist business management, and various advisory services to small businesses.

Gary grew up in Gadsden, Alabama. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Accounting and returned to the Fort Payne area in 1997. After opening his own practice in Fort Payne in 2004, Gary merged with MDA in 2012.

Gary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Alabama Society of CPAs, and the Fort Payne Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife Tammy of 30 years have two children, Ashley and Sam.
